ALL NZ ORDERS ARE NOW AGE RESTRICTED:

All parcels will be sent with a visible R18 sticker and require a ID to be sighted on delivery and a signature

Unfortunately we will not be able to give authority to leave as CourierPost requires ID for all Vaping products. IF the parcel cannot be signed for, the parcel will be sent to your postal depot for collection.

Orders generally take 1-3 working week days. All orders are sent by Courier Post and dispatched daily before 3pm. Orders after 3pm will be sent the next working week day... Note: Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, or on weekends and Public Holidays will not be sent until the next working week day.

FAULTY GOODS

Infused offers a 30-day manufacturer fault warranty period, damage caused by misuse is not covered. You will need to supply a receipt dated within the last 30 days. Outside this period Please contact the manufacturer of your device as your manufacturer warranty still applies and most will replace within 1 year. Some conditions and credit card fees may apply.

RETURNS

In most cases, if a product has not been used and is provided alongside a receipt dated within the last 30 days, we will provide you will a full money back refund. Some conditions and credit card fees may apply.
